Shopping Petieer

Where can I shop Petieer products?

You can shop Petieer through our online store. Product pages include the most current details for each item, including available sizes, colors, production notes, and shipping links.

How should I choose a size or color?

Please review the size, color, and product details before checkout. Because most Petieer items are made to order, we cannot refund or replace an item because the wrong size or color was selected unless the item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or misprinted.

Where can I find materials and care information?

Check the product page for item-specific material notes, fit details, and care guidance. If you need help before ordering, contact us with the product name and the detail you want to confirm.

Orders & Production

Are Petieer items made to order?

Yes. Most Petieer items are made to order after checkout. Production usually takes 2-7 business days before shipping, depending on the product type and current demand.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, it usually cannot be changed or canceled because the item is already being made for you.

Why did my order ship in more than one package?

Some items may ship separately if they are produced by different partners. You will receive tracking details as each shipment leaves production.

Shipping & Tracking

When will my order arrive?

Most items require production before shipping. After production, delivery time depends on destination, carrier, and product type. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-8 business days after shipment. International orders may take longer.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, tracking may arrive in separate emails.

What can cause shipping delays?

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or local handling. If tracking looks stuck, contact us with your order number.

Who pays customs duties or import taxes?

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees unless checkout states otherwise. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Returns & Issues

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or misprinted?

Email support@petieer.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and may offer a refund or replacement.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

Made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds or replacements for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection unless the item itself arrives with an eligible issue. Please review our Refund Policy before checkout.

Do I need to mail an issue item back?

Start by contacting us with photos and your order details. If a return is required, we will provide an authorized return address. Please do not send items to a print-provider warehouse unless we have instructed you to do so.
