Thank you for shopping with Petieer, please review our shipping policy below.


Production & Processing Time

All orders are made to order upon purchase. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Production times may vary depending on the product type and current demand.

  • Standard items: 2–5 business days
  • Complex or specialty items: up to 7 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin production on the next business day

Note: Production time is separate from shipping transit time.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Destination Estimated Transit Time
United States 3–8 business days
Canada 5–12 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery = Production time + Transit time.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your confirmation email.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $80 USD
  • Standard and expedited shipping options available at checkout

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Petieer is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, please note that delivery times may be affected by:

  • Peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year)
  • Extreme weather events or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Customs processing for international shipments

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. Reach out to us at support@petieer.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
