Refund Policy

Refunds are available for damaged, defective, wrong, or misprinted items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact support@petieer.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After reviewing your case, we may offer a full refund or a replacement. In many cases, you do not need to return the item.

Because Petieer products are made to order, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind are not eligible for refund or exchange unless the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong.

Refunds 

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@petieer.com.
